Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TechTech Oriar Media's website (techtechoriar.media) and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this site or our services.

Services Description

TechTech Oriar Media provides culinary education services including cooking classes, workshops, and related educational content. Our services are offered both in-person at our Toronto location and through digital content available on our website.

Registration and Accounts

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Payment Terms

For paid services, the following terms apply:

• All fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
• Payment must be made in full at time of registration unless otherwise specified
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Taxes are not included unless specifically stated

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Class Cancellations by Participant

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled class will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of the class may be rescheduled but are not eligible for refunds.

Cancellations by TechTech Oriar Media

We reserve the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or option to transfer to another class.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website and provided during our classes, including but not limited to recipes, instructional materials, photographs, and videos, is the property of TechTech Oriar Media or our content suppliers and protected by copyright laws.

User Conduct

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Submit false or misleading information
• Distribute viruses or other harmful computer code
• Collect or track personal information of others
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers

Health and Safety

Participants in our in-person classes agree to:

• Follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors
• Use equipment and tools properly and safely
• Disclose any food allergies or dietary restrictions in advance
• Wear appropriate clothing and footwear
• Maintain proper hygiene standards

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TechTech Oriar Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TechTech Oriar Media and its licensees and licensors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes through our website or via email.
